Prof Leigh Jarvis

Prof Jarvis has acted in various leadership roles: Head of Electrical, Electronic and Computer engineering department, Head of Research (Engineering), Director of an Eskom sponsored Chair, member of various steering/board committees.

His recent research has focused on Electrical Engineering: prototype development of a superconducting reactor, development of graphene-based insulators and patent development regarding hybrid MW/MW.hr energy storage.
